Attention Coffee Lovers, this workshop is for you!
A coffee themed workshop tasting coffee and pouring coffee themed candles. All located in Caroline's purpose built black barn, on a dairy farm in the rolling hills behind Gerringong, a stroll up the road from Crooked River Winery.
You will start with a coffee tasting workshop with local coffee roasters Pat & Ricky from Daily Grind in Gerringong. They will guide you through the sensory experience with different coffees to gain a deeper understanding of the body, sweetness, acidity, flavour and aftertaste of the coffee you are tasting. They will also kindly leave you with a bag of Daily Grind coffee to take home and enjoy with a deeper understanding of the flavours you will be drinking.
We will then move on to lunch. Individual charcuterie grazing packs prepared by Willow Hill Cakes, with a glass of bubbles? Yes please!
After lunch we will have a round table discussion on everything you need to know about creating your own candles & diffusers, along with safety and care. You'll then get to pour your own large candle in your own large ceramic coffee keep cup, a medium candle, and small candle. Yes we have coffee fragrance, as well as plenty of others to choose from.
This is all followed by afternoon tea catered by the cake queen, Lizzy from Willow Hill Cakes. Coffee cake anyone?
Not only will you take home your creations, you will also take home an information booklet with all you need to know to create your own candles at home, including sourcing supplies. You will also have the opportunity to buy a candle making kit and other accessories if you want to take it further. Free ongoing advice is offered to those who would like to create their own candles at home.

Participants must be at least 16 years of age for insurance purposes.
All participants must check in via Service NSW on arrival.
Every attendee must have bought a ticket.
